Club Rules

Our Aim is
To provide a fun and safe riding facility for all ages and for all equestrian disciplines

1. Entrance to Arena is off O'Farrells Road.
2. Car parking is to be kept within the area designated on the attached map.
3. It is compulsory for ALL riders, under 16 yrs to wear hard helmets when riding in the arena.  The Committee recommends that adult riders wear hard helmets for safety reasons and you are setting an example for the junior members. 
4. Riders under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an Adult.
5. If you wish to bring a stallion to the arena, you must be over the age of 18 yrs and must full control at all times.
6. The Arena is free to be used by members with no booking required
7. Block bookings for consecutive weekends will not be accepted, unless associated with a club activity.
8. Private Instruction can be booked but must be mindful of other users.
9. All litter is to be removed from grounds.
10. Horse manure is to be placed under the old pine trees
11. Our AGM is held every June in which the committee is elected you are all welcome to attend and have your say.  
12. All judgements made by the Committee on issues concerning the club are final.
13. All fees are due on the 1st December each year.
14. The club takes no responsibility for any items lost or stolen whilst on the premises.
15. The club takes no responsibility for any accidents or injury that may occur to horse or rider whilst on the premises.
16. Unless advised all members names, contacts and emails will be listed and distributed amongst members.
17. Please do NOT jump your horse in the arena as this damages the surface
